What payment methods do you accept?


We accept payments by Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal. A PayPal account is not required to checkout.

 

Do you offer coupons, promotions or other deals?


We will periodically send out coupons in our newsletter. Lucky newsletter recipients will know ahead of time of exclusive coupons, offers and sales. Please also check our clearance section for discounted items. Free shipping or free shipping coupons are not valid on international orders.

 

Is there free shipping?


On purchases of $99 or more, please select "standard shipping" during checkout. Free shipping is available to all contiguous US addresses, Alaska and Hawaii.

 

What are your shipping methods?


We can ship your package via Fedex, Fedex SmartPost, UPS and US Postal Service. We do offer expedited delivery. Prices and options will be available at checkout.

 

When will my order ship?


Orders are shipped Monday through Friday. Your order's shipping date will depend on the shipping method's delivery date you selected.

 

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO's?


Yes, we do!

 

How can I change or cancel my order?


Please contact us immediately. If your order has been shipped, it cannot be changed or modified.

 

Special request?  

Please contact us for any special requests, we will do our best to honor your request.  (fill in email address).  If you are a collector and or looking for mint or near mint condition packaging, please contact us or before we ship out your order.

 

Can I pick up my order in person?  

Yes!  We don't currently have a storefront, but can meet you somewhere in greater Eastside of Seattle.  Contact us and we can set up a meeting place.
