Returns & Replacements
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, missing or incorrect, please email us within 14 days of your order date so that we can give you further instructions.  In your email, please tell us your order number, product you purchased and a very detailed description of the problem.   
We love our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, please contact us so that we can send you return information. Returns must be received by Incredible Toy Box within 30 days from your order date in new, unopened, unused condition. We personally inspect all items to ensure they are in new condition before they are shipped to you. We will not charge a re-stocking fee unless the product we receive has been opened or otherwise tampered with. Please be sure to use the box we mailed your product in or something comparable so that the product does not get damaged during the return trip back to Incredible Toy Box. Incredible Toy Box is not responsible for lost or damaged goods during returned shipping. Incredible Toy Box will charge a 100% re-stocking fee if the returned goods are opened, used or damaged because of poor packing.

Refunds can take up to 30 days  from the date that The Incredible Toy Box receives your return package. Shipping charges are not refundable.  Of course, we do make mistakes from time to time.  If we are in error and we made a mistake, this does not apply.  
Order Status
Once your order has been placed, you will be emailed the status of your order and be sent a tracking number to the email address you have supplied to us. If you have not received a tracking number or order status and would like an update, please contact us.
Currently we are shipping by FedEx, UPS and USPS (United States Postal Service) to the continental United States, Hawaii, Alaska and to APO addresses.

Most in-stock orders will ship within 24 hours of when the order was placed, unless otherwise noted. However, if an item is marked "This item ships separately" or during the Winter Holiday Season (November and December), orders may ship within 3-5 business days of when they were placed. Backorder or out of stock items are marked as such on the site. All shipping transit times are business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays).
US orders over $99 will ship free in the United States.  Free shipping does not include international orders.
